Discovery

We talk about your business

A free 20-minute call to understand your business, the enquiries you are missing, and what you need the agent to do. No sales pitch — just a conversation about your specific situation.

What we cover Your business, your typical enquiries, the channels where leads go cold, your opening hours, and what a successful agent looks like for you. If you have already spoken with Fredi on our website, we will already have a head start.

Day 1–2
Onboarding

You tell us everything the agent needs to know

We send you a short questionnaire covering your services, pricing, team, hours, FAQs, and tone of voice. This takes around 20 minutes to complete and is the foundation of everything the agent says and does.

What we ask for Business name, services offered, pricing you are happy to quote, booking links, the most common questions you receive, escalation contacts for urgent situations, and your preferred brand tone — formal, friendly, or somewhere in between.

Day 2
Agreement and Payment

We agree terms and get started

We send you a plain-English service agreement and a payment link for the setup fee. Once signed and paid, we start building immediately. No waiting, no lengthy procurement process.

Pricing Fredi Capture (chat agent) — £299 setup, then £397/month. Fredi Capture+ (chat, voice, and WhatsApp) — £299 setup, then £697/month. All prices exclude VAT. No long-term contract — cancel with 30 days written notice.

Day 2–3
Build

We build and test your agent

Your agent is built from scratch using your onboarding responses — not a template. We write the conversation logic, connect the lead capture system, set up your Google Sheet, test every likely scenario, and deploy to our secure servers.

What gets built A fully trained AI agent using your services, pricing, and tone. A live Google Sheet where every lead lands in real time. Email notifications sent to you the moment a lead is captured. A deployment on your website or a Mediahubink-hosted URL.

Day 3
Go Live

Your agent goes live — within 72 hours

We hand everything over on a 30-minute call. You will see your agent live, your Google Sheet with leads already flowing in, and you will understand exactly how to read and act on the data.

What you receive A handover pack with everything documented. Google Sheet access with Editor permissions. A short guide on how to update the agent when your services or pricing change. Joash's direct contact for any questions.

Days 3–17
Trial Period

14 days to see it working in your business

Your agent runs live for 14 days. Leads are captured, your team follows up, and we monitor everything in the background. At the end of the trial we share a short report showing exactly what the agent delivered.

What the report covers Total conversations, leads captured, peak hours, most common enquiry types, and recommendations for refining the agent based on real conversations with your customers.

Day 17 onwards
Ongoing

Your agent runs — and keeps improving

The trial converts to a monthly retainer. Your agent runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We refine it regularly based on real conversations — updating responses, adding new FAQs, and adjusting the tone as your business evolves.

What is included in the retainer Continuous agent operation. Monthly refinement sessions. Priority support from Joash. Notification when something needs attention. You can cancel with 30 days written notice.
