When you interact with an AI agent built and operated by Mediahubink — on our website or a client's website — the following data may be collected:
- Name — provided by you to arrange a follow-up
- Email address — provided by you to receive information or a callback
- Phone number — provided by you to receive a call from the business
- Conversation content — the text of your conversation, stored to give context to the business you are enquiring with
- Technical data — timestamp, day of week, whether the enquiry was made outside business hours
We collect this data on behalf of the business you are enquiring with. That business is the data controller; Mediahubink is the data processor.

- Contract performance — where you have requested information or a callback
How Your Data Is Stored and Shared
Your data is stored securely using trusted cloud infrastructure providers based in the US and EU, all of which operate under recognised data protection frameworks including SOC 2 and GDPR-compliant standards. Access is strictly limited to Mediahubink and, where applicable, the business you enquired with.
Responses in this chat are generated using AI. Your conversation is processed to produce a reply and is not stored by Mediahubink beyond the current session.
Mediahubink does not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Your data is retained for the duration of the client business's contract with Mediahubink and for up to 30 days after termination. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@mediahubink.com or contacting the business you enquired with.
