We collect this data on behalf of the business you are enquiring with. That business is the data controller; Mediahubink Limited is the data processor.

How Your Data Is Stored and Shared
Your data is processed using trusted third-party providers for AI response generation, lead storage, email notifications, and website hosting. Some providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including EU-US Data Privacy Framework membership and Standard Contractual Clauses, in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
Responses in this chat are generated using AI. Your conversation is processed to produce a reply and is not stored by Mediahubink Limited beyond the current session unless a lead is captured.
Mediahubink Limited does not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Your data is retained for the duration of the client business's contract with Mediahubink Limited and for up to 30 days after termination. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@mediahubink.com or contacting the business you enquired with.
