AI Chat Agent (Fredi)
This website features an AI chat agent named Fredi, operated by Mediahubink Limited. By talking to Fredi on this site you agree:
- Fredi is an AI assistant. It is not a human and does not give legally binding quotes, advice, commitments or guarantees.
- If you leave your name or contact details here, Mediahubink Limited is the controller of that sales lead. We use it to follow up. See the privacy policy.
- Conversation text is used to generate a reply. We keep it as a lead only if you ask us to follow up, plus short security logs.
- Fredi’s answers can be wrong. Do not treat them as professional advice.
- We may review chats on this site for quality and security.
If you use a Fredi or Archer widget on another business’s website, that business is the controller and Mediahubink is the processor. These website terms do not replace that business’s own notice.
Enquiries and Proposals
Submitting an enquiry via this website, Fredi or email does not by itself create a paid-services contract. A contract is formed when you accept a written quote or order, sign an agreement, or pay a deposit.
Pricing, timelines and service descriptions given verbally or by the AI agent are indicative only until confirmed in writing.
Paid Services
Paid work (a Fredi / Archer agent for your business, Care Onboarding Studio, retainers) is governed by the order or quote and our terms of business, not only this page. Where we process your customers’ or applicants’ data, a processor DPA applies. You remain the controller of that data.
Mediahubink Limited is not VAT registered. Invoices will say so.
Intellectual Property
- Site content, design, platform, prompts and the Fredi agent are the intellectual property of Mediahubink Limited or our licensors unless stated otherwise.
- You may not copy them to build a competing agent. A paid client receives a licence to use the configured agent during the paid term.
- Your brand, the scripts you supply and your data remain yours.
- The Mediahubink and Fredi names are not to be used without permission.
Privacy and Cookies
Use of this website is also governed by our privacy policy. That policy explains the two roles: we are controller of Mediahubink leads; we are processor of client-site callers and Care Studio applicants.
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies until a banner that lets you reject them is live. No PECR consent banner is required for necessary cookies alone.
Limitation of Liability
- This website and Fredi on this site are provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on the AI agent on this site.
- For paid services, liability is as set out in the terms of business (generally capped at fees paid in the previous 12 months, and excluding lost profits and regulatory fines issued to you as controller).
- Agents we run for clients must not be the sole basis for hiring, care eligibility, clinical or credit decisions. Clients keep a human escalation path.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Changes to These Terms
